Do you value ministry with children and families?

Do you want to earn a seminary degree, but don’t want to relocate?

Bethel Seminary has the solution: a master’s degree that will equip you for ministry with children and families—all while you stay in your ministry context!

Bethel Seminary’s Master of Arts in Children’s and Family Ministry (CFM) program allows you to:

  • Stay active in your paid or volunteer ministry.
  • Complete your master’s degree in approximately 40 months without leaving your present location.
  • Use your current ministry setting as a laboratory for application of course material.
  • Gain support and encouragement from other ministers across the country.
  • Take seven courses per year via our flexible delivery system—a combination of on-campus intensives and fully distance Internet-mediated courses.
  • Study and learn through a cohort model.
  • Experience personal and professional growth that will have a transforming effect on your ministry.

Students say:

I am so thrilled for the opportunity this program gives me to carry out the call I have from the Lord. My ministry work is enhanced through this learning process. It is awesome to know I have fellow students to network with. It is also wonderful to have the support of experienced faculty to guide me in this journey. Most of all I feel blessed I can still home-school my children and do kingdom work for the Lord as I learn. I also think it is important to note that I am a totally blind student. This delivery method has allowed me to be totally involved in the program. God is good!

Theresa Taylor

I find the seminary program to be intellectually stimulating and challenging while at the same time helping me grow exponentially in my relationship with God.

Wendy Sanders

When I started the CFM program I never dreamed where it would take me. The classes have challenged me, yet invigorated my faith. My love for the Lord has never been deeper. My commitment to ministry has never been more clear. My experiences in the CFM program have literally opened up new doors of opportunity. As challenging as juggling work, home, and school can be, I’ve never regretted the time and effort I’ve put into it. The CFM program has been a blessing to me.
